2025 EE Public Register — are you listed?
Search the official Employment Equity Public Register published by the Minister of Employment & Labour under Section 41 of the EE Act (Government Gazette No. 54783, 5 June 2026). It lists every designated employer that submitted an EEA2 / EEA4 for the 2025 reporting cycle — 15,090 employers in total.
Being absent, or listed as non-submitting, is now a commercial red flag for State procurement, B-BBEE verification and client due diligence — not just a regulatory issue.
